NoMaD:
Nanoelectronic Materials & Devices Research Group

ABOUT NOMAD

NoMaD is a group of electrical engineers and physicists, based at the University at Buffalo (UB), who undertake fundamental research in nanolectronics. Led by Prof. Jonathan Bird, UB Distinguished Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering, researchers in NOMAD explore the electrical properties of emerging nanomaterials, study quantum phenomena occurring at the nanoscale, and investigate novel electronic-device paradigms for beyond-CMOS electronics
